Randy Dickason

Cabinet Member

Mr. Dickason and his department work as a team with the district administration and principals to recruit and retain the best candidates for each position across the district. He and his team seek candidates who believe all children can learn, are committed and dedicated, are energetic and see their role as directly impacting the children we serve whether their job is in the classroom on a school bus or working to maintain our campus facilities.

Before joining the district in 2008, Mr. Dickason served as the Human Resources Director for Catholic Charities Community Services for over twelve years. In that capacity, he and his staff provided Human Resource services to numerous programs throughout central and northern Arizona including Head Start and Early Head Start programs for western Maricopa County. Mr. Dickason holds a Master of Arts in Management from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
