The Communications & Community Relations team supports the Phoenix Elementary School District by delivering clear, timely, and pertinent communication to our students, families, staff, and community. We are committed to celebrating the achievements of our schools, building strong community partnerships, and promoting enrollment through transparent and strategic outreach efforts.
Public Information & Community Engagement

Digital Media
The Communications team manages the District’s website and official social media accounts. These platforms help us keep families and the community informed, celebrate school successes, and share important updates.
Family Communication
Our top priority is making sure families and staff stay informed about key decisions, events, and services that impact their school experience. We send regular updates through emails, texts, phone calls, and school communication tools.
All schools in Phoenix #1 use ClassDojo, a two-way communication platform that helps families stay connected to their child’s school. ClassDojo is used to share classroom updates, school announcements, and direct messages between staff and families. Be sure to download the app and stay connected!
Translation Services
Our translation and interpretation team ensures all families have access to important information in the language they understand. Most districtwide communication is shared in English and Spanish, with additional support available upon request.
