NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVISE THE 2023 BUDGET
Notice is hereby given pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-905(E)(1) that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 5:15 p.m. at the Phoenix Elementary School District Office located at 1817 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ 85006.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the revised 2023 budget to the community and obtain public comment regarding the revisions. Community members may share their thoughts on the revised budget by completing a request to speak card and presenting it to the Superintendent prior to the start of the public hearing. Comments may also be shared electronically by emailing comments to firstname.lastname@example.org by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Comments received electronically will be read by the Governing Board Secretary. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes.
The Governing Board will take action on the revised budget during the Regular Session of the Governing Board on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
