Full-Day Kindergarten

The district offers a full-day kindergarten program at all of our schools. Children are eligible for kindergarten if they are five years of age before September 1 of the school year. Children may also be considered for kindergarten through an early entrance assessment if they will be five years of age between August 31 and October 31.

We offer FREE full-day kindergarten at all of our schools. Our full-day program provides a deeper understanding of language arts, with a focus on the literacy elements of phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, science, and social studies. It also provides an enriched experience in the arts. Children are eligible for kindergarten if they are five years of age before September 1 of the school year.

Children may also be considered for kindergarten through an early entrance assessment if they will be five years of age between August 31 and October 31.

1. Call (602) 523-5757 and speak with an enrollment specialist
2. Start the Enrollment Process for the 24/25 School Year
3. Reserve Your Spot for the 2025/2026 School Year
4. Email an Enrollment Specialist
5. Visit a Phoenix Elementary school of your choice (explore all of Our Schools)
